Earlier, the demonstrators held a series of demonstrations at the headquarters of the largest media. Following the action of the “yellow jackets” is scheduled for new year’s eve.

“Yellow jackets” burned at Rouen, the entrance to the local branch of the Bank of France. According to police, the demonstrators were aggressive, pelting the guards with stones, burning trash bins, and erecting barricades. On the streets of Rouen, according to the Prefecture, went from 800 to a thousand people.

Earlier, the “yellow jackets” held a series of demonstrations at the Paris headquarters of the largest media. On the situation in Rouen and Paris, says journalist Pavel Lavrov:

“Rouen is a historic city, there was Joan of Arc. They are a bit blocked. Extinguished very quickly, because you don’t let the fire trucks, there were barricades. Now all is quiet. In Paris, everything is calm, the Paris police protection”.

In Paris the police detained 57 people, most part of the detained. This was the seventh protest movement of the “yellow jackets.” The last two, 15 and 22 December, the number of protesters declined. Across the country took to the streets of 13 thousand people.

Following the action of the “yellow jackets” are going to spend the night on the 1st of January. Despite their plans, the Paris city Council has decided not to cancel planned celebrations, the main theme of which will be “Brotherhood.”
