Moscow. 12 Dec. INTERFAX.RU — member of the Council on human rights under the President of the Russian Federation, head of information-analytical center “Sova” Alexander Verkhovsky believes incredible offer of lawmakers to punish online expression of disrespect for the authorities and society.

According to a member of the HRC, this may be done by analogy with the fact that you can’t swear in a public place. “But for that matter, why the statesmen of to swear is bad, the other good citizens?” he added.
