MOSCOW, December 12. /TASS/ — the Ministry said that the tourists can make a written demand directly to the insurer of SK Orbita.
Rosturizm explained to the clients of the company “Pearl river” removed Wednesday from the register of tour operators, the procedure for obtaining insurance compensation for the failed trip. Clarification posted on the Agency’s website.
As recalled in tourism from the registry were excluded, the company Travel Designers and “Hercules travel”, which worked under the brand “Pearl river”. According to authorities, this was done because of the impossibility of performance by the companies of their obligations since December 8.
The tour operator is excluded from the registry is unable to continue its activities, but not exempt from “the obligation to provide tourists with the provision included in the tourist product of the services under the contracts on realization of tourist product,” reads the order of the Federal tourism Agency.
Clients “Pearl river”, whose tour did not take place or will not take place due to the inability of the tour operator to fulfill its obligations can contact SK Orbita insured civil liability of the two entities of a tour operator, a total of 20 million rubles.
