“Layout (a new reserved seat. — RNS) probably in the next few days at the Kazan station will be. We will collect the wishes of our passengers, we do see some points that still needs to be finished, will do one car. We expect that until the end of the year this car will do it” — quoted by TASS Pegova.
According to him, to finish the car, it will start to operate in different directions in a test mode. Later, the final decision about the beginning of the modernization of the cars.
