Moscow. 4 Dec. INTERFAX.RU — attack Aircraft su-25 Armed forces of Armenia crashed on Tuesday afternoon, reports the Ministry of defence of the country.
“The plane crashed in the region of Maralik, in the mountains,” — said the press Secretary of the Armenian defense Ministry Artsrun Hovhannisyan.
The pilots — Lieutenant-Colonel Armen Babayan and major Movses Manukyan died.
The plane carried out training flight according to the daily plan of combat training. He took off from the airport of Gyumri in 09:06 GMT, 15 minutes with him was lost connection.
