Police in new York found the couple betrothed on Friday at times square. The search began after it became clear that during this romantic event wedding ring fell into the gutter.
Sunday on Twitter of the NYPD, it was reported that steps are being taken to return the rings lovers coming from the UK.
A surveillance camera recorded them, it failed attempts to get a piece of jewelry from the drain. The video was made shortly before midnight on Friday 30 November and published soon after.
