Putin has suggested not to punish prison for petty crimes
MOSCOW, November 25 — RIA Novosti. Vladimir Putin submitted to the State Duma a draft law aimed at expanding the list of crimes, criminal cases on which can stop if will cover the damage.

We are talking about such minor offenses like breach of trust, misappropriation, embezzlement, plagiarism, violation of inventive and patent rights, fraud, intentional failure to perform contractual obligations.
Also stipulates that those responsible for the non-payment of salaries, pensions or scholarships can from criminal responsibility release, if they committed a similar offense for the first time and has repaid the debt, compensation.
As explained, the purpose of this bill is to further the formation of a favorable business climate, reducing business risks and creation of additional guarantees for the protection of business from unjustified criminal prosecution.
