The President of Russia Vladimir Putin in the Duma introduced a bill to expand the list of crimes, criminal cases which are subject to termination, subject to compensation. It is reported by RIA Novosti.

In the above list are invited to include plagiarism and the attribution of authorship, infringement inventive and patent rights, misappropriation or embezzlement, damage to property by deception or abuse of trust. And minor crimes associated with fraud, and fraud involving the deliberate failure to contractual obligations in the business sector.
It is also proposed to Supplement article 145.1 of the Criminal code “non-payment of wages, pensions, stipends, allowances and other payments” clause, according to which a person who has committed this crime, may be exempted from criminal liability if in full repay the debt and to pay compensation.
The draft law is aimed at creation of favorable business climate, reducing the risks of entrepreneurial activities, creation of additional safeguards to protect businesses from unfounded criminal prosecution.
