HELSINKI, Nov 19 — RIA Novosti. The Russian Ambassador in Helsinki Pavel Kuznetsov expressed concern due to the disruption of satellite navigation systems GPS and security threats to aircraft, said on Monday the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Finland.
