The United States announced sanctions against 12 Russian organizations

The US Commerce Department will impose sanctions against 12 Russian organizations and organizations from Iran, Belarus, the United Arab Emirates and Singapore, reported on the website of the Federal register (Federal Register) — the official magazine of the American government, which publishes the regulations. Under the restrictions were, in particular, the company “AeroComposite” (Ulyanovsk), “Dayvtekhnoservis” (St.-Petersburg), scientific-production enterprise “Gamma” (Moscow), research Institute “Vector” (Saint Petersburg), Obninsk scientific production enterprise “Technology” scientific production enterprise “Okeanos” (St.-Petersburg), the company Aviadvigatel (Perm), the group of companies “infoteks” (Moscow), the company Syrus Systems (Moscow), research and production Corporation “Systems precision instrument” (Moscow), Voronezh scientific research Institute “VEGA”.

As noted in the message, it is determined that these companies are or could be “against national security and interests of US foreign policy”.

Some of them, as pointed out by the American Ministry of trade, contributed to the activities of Russian hackers, part, equip and support the Russian Navy, part — supported the Russian military space operations.

Also sanctions are imposed against the company Nilco Group in Moscow, Belarus and Iran. All they have provided “material support” to the Iranian missile program.

These organizations included in the sanctions list Bureau of industry and security (BIS), the structure of the Ministry of Commerce. Upon receipt in this office a license for the export or transfer of these American products or equipment will operate a “presumption of denial”, i.e., to issue such goods and equipment will most likely be denied.
