The US imposed sanctions against Russians and 27 six legal entities for the intervention in the elections
Moscow. September 20. INTERFAX.RU Washington on Thursday announced the inclusion in the sanctions list of 27 individuals and six legal entities from Russia, connected with the intelligence services and defense agencies.

According to the state Department, in the framework of the law CAATSA these people added to the list of persons who are related or act in the interests of the defense and intelligence sectors of the Russian Federation. So, three legal entities were in the list of persons associated with the defense sector of the Russian Federation.
This “PMC Wagner”, “Oboroncertifica”, Komsomolsk-on-Amur aircraft plant named after Yuri Gagarin.
In the list associated with the intelligence agencies, three legal entities and 27 individuals, including the head of the GRU Igor Korobov, a businessman Eugene Prigogine.
It also included “online research” which was used in the investigation of spectracolor USA with the “Russian case” Robert Mueller, and employees of this structure.
Bloomberg notes that these persons are related to intervention in the American elections in 2016.
Sanctions against China
The U.S. Treasury also imposed sanctions on the technology development Department of the Central military Commission (CMC) of the PRC and its head Whether Sanfu.
The restrictive measures introduced in the framework of the law on sanctions CAATSA (the”Act on countering the enemies of America by sanctions”), to curb trafficking in Russian arms.
The US state Department clarifies that the sanctions are imposed because of China purchasing Russian systems s-400 and su-35.
China became the first foreign buyer of air defense systems s-400 “Triumph”. The contract was signed in 2014. It is planned that the delivery of s-400 to China will be completed before 2020. In August 2017 the head of “Rosoboronexport” Alexander Mikheyev said that Russia has begun execution of a contract for the supply of systems s-400 to China.
