Nephew of Telman Ismailov is charged with kidnapping the singer Avraam Russo
Moscow. September 18. INTERFAX.RU — Russia’s Investigative Committee have charged the nephew of the former owner of the Cherkizovsky market Telman Ismailov, the prosecution in the kidnapping of the singer Abraham Russo, committed in 2004, said the lawyer Ismailov Marina Rusakova.

“The investigation has detained Zaur Mardanov, charged under article 126 of the criminal code (Kidnapping),” said Rusakov, “Interfax”.
As expected, on Tuesday the investigation will be released with the petition for arrest of the given information in the Basmanny court of Moscow. If its fault is proved, the nephew of the businessman faces a penalty of five to twelve years of imprisonment.
Rusakova noted that Ismailov appeared in the case, but the official charges he is not presented.
According to the lawyer, the consequence considers that in 2004, Ismailov allegedly to incline Russo to a joint concert activities organized by his nephew the crime. In the end, the popular singer was kidnapped by a relative of the owner and beaten.
“Telman is extremely indignant at this whole situation. He States that this history was not and could not be”, — said the lawyer.
Ismailov left Russia and was arrested in absentia in the case of the murder in 2016 businessmen Vladimir Savkin and Yuri bryleva. His guilt he does not recognize.
