The results of the annual survey by Allianz Global Assistance, Vacation Confidence Index, which shows how no vacation affects human health. It is reported by the Association of tour operators of Russia (ATOR).

12 per cent of respondents experiencing “vacation deficit”, were symptoms of moderately severe or severe depression, which is two times more than in the overall sample.

“This study shows the real correlation between no release and clinical depression, but in order to understand how the lack of travel affects a person in the long run, it is necessary to conduct a more comprehensive work,” said Director of communications for Allianz Global Assistance Daniel Durazo.

The experts of online accommodation booking Booking.com estimate during which month the high season Russians will be able to save up to 50 percent of housing in different cities around the world. It turned out that in December, travelers will be able to save 24% on a trip to Rio de Janeiro, and in October — 15 percent of housing in Auckland.
