Boeing caught fire after landing in Sochi

MOSCOW, September 1 — RIA Novosti. Passenger plane Boeing 737 of Utair airline caught fire after landing in Sochi, evacuated 160 people, six people were injured, told RIA Novosti the representative of the emergency services in the region.

“While landing at the airport of Sochi Boeing737, arrived from Moscow skidded off the runway and caught fire. According to preliminary data, six people suffered”, — said the Agency interlocutor. In the regional emergency Department said that information about the incident was received at 02:59 local time (coincides with Moscow). The representative of the emergency services also reported that four of the six injured were hospitalized, the emergencies Ministry said that they went to doctors for help, but refused hospitalization.

This is the second such incident in the last ten days.
