Development and filling of the Card was concluded three government contracts with a total value of 364.7 million rubles., including the contract with the company “PricewaterhouseCoopers Russia B. V.” on 90 million roubles and two contracts with the State public scientific technical library 275 million.
“The audit showed that the company “PricewaterhouseCoopers Russia B. V.” the map is not consistent with the requirements of the specification and contain functional errors. As a result of information system, development of which was spent almost 450 mln, with February 2017 ceased to function because of numerous faults and shortcomings, said in the chamber.
The results of the inspection, it was decided to send the act and a report on the results of monitoring activities in the FSB of Russia and submission to the Ministry of science and higher education of the Russian Federation and Federal state budgetary institution “State public scientific technical library of Russia”.
