24 year old blogger from Australia, Michelle Andrews conducted an experiment in which during the week, fed and trained by British designer and ex-soloist of Spice Girls, Victoria Beckham.

Monday morning she began with water with Apple cider vinegar and five-kilometer run. Then had a Breakfast cereal made from sprouted grains with organic almond milk and took food supplements and multivitamins.

For lunch and dinner was sushi and salmon with vegetables, and in the evening the girl went for strength training. By the end of Tuesday blogger has already felt weak and had gym only half an hour.

On Wednesday Michelle broke: missed morning workout due to extreme fatigue, and constant hunger had forced her to withdraw from the diet and eat meat with noodles.
