According to the parliamentarians, the abolition of these types of roaming will lead to the development of market relations, increase the level of transparency in this area and will make tariffs understandable for customers.
In Russia there are several types of roaming: on-net and national. A separate roaming operates in the Crimea. Intranet roaming allows for a fee to communicate outside the home region. National roaming is required when the network of a particular operator in any region.
