Died the author of “Barefoot in the Park” Neil Simon
In new York, died an American playwright and screenwriter Neil Simon. It is reported Associated Press with reference to his friend bill Evans.

Simon was 91 years old. He died in a hospital in Manhattan from complications after pneumonia.
Neil Simon is one of the most famous Broadway playwrights. He is the author of such plays as “Barefoot in the Park”, the Odd couple, Sweet charity, “the Girl, strewn with stars.”
For the Comedy “Lost in Yonkers,” Simon was awarded a Tony and the Pulitzer prize.
