Moscow. August 24. INTERFAX.RU — Russian President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev are in constant contact, said press Secretary of the head of state, Dmitry Peskov.
In the course of communication with journalists, Peskov said, “as far as serious injuries” received Medvedev, and whether it is going to meet the President.
“The President is in constant contact with the Prime Minister, regardless of their location. Essence (their) work involves continuous contact of the head of state and President of the government”, — said Peskov.
He was asked to clarify whether such contacts “despite the state” the head of government. “I just don’t have enough information. It is better to have information in the Cabinet of Ministers”, — said Peskov.
August 23, the press service of the government confirmed that public events with participation of the head of the Cabinet in the near future is not planned.
“Injury during sport, does not allow the Prime Minister to hold public activities,” — said the press service.
