The cause of arrest of the vessel “Mekhanik Pogodin” in Ukraine
The Russian tanker “Mekhanik Pogodin” was blocked in the port of Kherson, Ukraine for financing the construction of the ship in 2011, “VEB-Leasing”, which is under sanctions. This is a formal reason for the detention, informs the owner of the vessel, the company “V. F. Tanker”.
