MOSCOW, August 20. /TASS/. Moscow does not intend to be the first to place weapons in space, and expects that this position will be a signal for Washington. This was stated by Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Ryabkov in an interview to the magazine “international life”.
