MOSCOW, August 14. /TASS/. Russia should consider increasing spending on weapons in the new law on the budget of the Pentagon on the 2019 financial year, this is the upgrade of military systems of the United States. This opinion on Tuesday in an interview with TASS was expressed by the first Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on international Affairs, former Russian Ambassador to the U.S. Sergey Kislyak.
