The CEC agreed on the three issues of the pension referendum
The Central election Commission of the Russian Federation recognized the relevant law for three of the proposed question for the referendum on raising the retirement age, the correspondent of RNS.
The CEC has adopted three resolutions according to which the proposed issues meets the requirements of article 6 of the Federal constitutional law “On referendum of the Russian Federation”.
Today the CEC has considered the issues proposed for referendum on raising the retirement age from the initiative group of the candidate in mayors of Moscow from “just Russia” Ilya Sviridov, and initiative groups from Moscow area and Altai Krai.
Question from initiative group of the candidate in mayors of Moscow from “just Russia” Ilya Sviridov about making at a national referendum the question of raising the retirement age was formulated in the following way: “for You to the age established by the legislation of the Russian Federation on pension provision as at 1 July 2018, at which there is a right to pension for old age, not changed?”.
The initiative group of the Moscow region was offered to the referendum question: “do you Support that the established legislation of the Russian Federation on pension provision as at 1 July 2018, the age at which there is a right to a retirement pension cannot be increased?”.
