Among regions with high, in the opinion of the Fund, the risk of rotation of operating heads of regions — Altai Republic, Bashkortostan, Stavropol Krai, Astrakhan, Volgograd, Kursk, Lipetsk, Murmansk, Chelyabinsk region, Saint-Petersburg.
Average risks of the heads of Kabardino-Balkaria, Kalmykia, Crimea, Vologda, Kurgan, Orenburg regions.
