The government has simplified the rules for obtaining subsidies for payment of housing and communal services
Russia has simplified the rules for obtaining a Russian subsidies for payment of housing and communal services. The corresponding document was signed by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev published on the government website Saturday, July 28.
“The signed resolution rule is amended, which excludes cases of reclamation of the citizens reports on the composition of the family. Provides that citizens when applying for a grant will be expected to declare the composition of their family. In this case the competent authorities are entitled to carry out spot checks to establish the authenticity of the submitted citizen information, including to send inquiries to the relevant organizations engaged in the management of an apartment house,” — said in the note to the resolution.
It is noted that in the case of providing the citizens of false information, the relevant information will be sent to law enforcement and social welfare agencies.
Prior to that, was supposed to receive subsidies for payment of housing and communal services the Russians were to provide information on family composition, as well as to document information about the reasons for the change. The government felt that this procedure makes the implementation of right to the citizens of grants, and “creates difficulties in the adoption by authorised bodies of a decision on granting social support”.
