MOSCOW, July 27. /TASS/. The Central election Commission is ready to advise the Communist party to adopt a law the wording of the question submitted to the referendum against raising the retirement age. This was stated on Friday, the Chairman of the CEC of the Russian Federation Ella Pamfilova.
