Moscow. July 25. INTERFAX.RU — the state Duma on Wednesday adopted in the third final reading the law that allows you to increase the duration of commercials to 20% of broadcast time per hour with the mandatory preservation of its daily temporal volume of 15%.
These measures will spread is the broadcasters most effectively allocate the amount of advertising time during the day, and General “ad load” on the audience remains the same, explained in the state Duma.
The law also revised its approach to advertising in children’s and educational telecasts.
Now advertising may be distributed only before the beginning and after the end of transmission, the maximum duration of such advertising is set and depends on the duration of the transmission.
The law cancels such limitation, but establishes a ban in children’s and educational television programs on the advertising of goods, not designed for children.

KPRF and LDPR have declared that will vote against this law, “because such initiatives in any case it is impossible to maintain”, they are fraught with the “dominance of advertising” on TV.
