Roscosmos confirmed the arrest of the General Director of NPO. Lavochkin Lemeshevsky
MOSCOW, 26 Aug — RIA Novosti. Roscosmos informed the investigating authorities about the detention of Director General of Lavochkin NPO named Sergei Lemeshevsky, told RIA Novosti press-service of the Corporation.
“We confirm information about the detention Lemeshevsky,” — said the head of the press service of Vladimir Ustimenko.
The criminal case against Lemeshevsky, who will leave his post on 2 August, were instituted under article “Fraud in especially large size”, to it threatens till 10 years of imprisonment, have informed RIA of news a source familiar with the investigation. General Director of NPO Lavochkin (manufacturer boosters “Frigate” and all Russian space stations) submitted a letter of resignation from office, previously confirmed to RIA Novosti Ustimenko.
