MOSCOW, July 26. /TASS/. The strategy of Washington’s non-recognition of the Crimea part of the Russian Federation is doomed to failure. On Thursday said the Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on international Affairs Konstantin Kosachev in connection with the publication of “Crimean Declaration” signed by U.S. Secretary of state Michael Pompeo.
