The defense Ministry denied the seizure of vehicles from the Russians
MOSCOW, 24 Jul — RIA Novosti. The defense Ministry explained the changes in the draft order on vehicles subject to registration with the military Commissariat — no exemptions for transport and technical facilities of the citizens and organizations is not provided.
Previously, the newspaper “Izvestia” reported that the defense Ministry has prepared amendments to the decree of the Minister of defense of 14 March 2014 № 151, involving the production of all civilian vehicles for military service. The project says that the list will include all cars that are used for the carriage of passengers and comprising, in addition to the driver, not more than eight seats.
“Any seizure or other methods of alienation of transport and technical facilities of the citizens and organizations of the changes you make do not provide. The draft order specifies only the order of registration in the list of vehicles maintained by military commissariats”, — reported in Department of information and mass communications of the Russian defense Ministry.
The Ministry has assured that the Russian Armed forces have sufficient number of staff motor transport, completely ensure the implementation of the troops of the tasks.
“The attraction for the needs of defense of additional motor vehicles, belonging to citizens and organisations may only in exceptional cases and only in the order established by the current legislation”, — stressed in the Ministry.
