10 kilometers from the Spanish town of Ribadeo, in the Autonomous region of Galicia is a unique place called the Beach of the Holy waters (Praia de Augas Santas), also known as beach of the Cathedrals (Playa de Las Catedrales).

This place is not only a landmark of this region, but also one of the most beautiful and unusual beaches in Europe.
Beach of the Cathedrals is interesting for its majestic cliffs and natural arches of Gothic form with a height of over 30 meters. To walk amongst them is a pleasure.
There are numerous hollows, small caves and picturesque stone labyrinths. But the main feature of this place that you can walk on the beach only during low tide. The rest of the time all this beauty is fully submerged.
