The Metropolitan court sanctioned the arrest of an employee of TsNIIMash — Central scientific Institute of the state Corporation “Roscosmos” — Victor Kudryavtsev accused of treason. TASS reported on Sunday a member of the Public oversight Commission (POC) Moscow Eugene Enikeev.

He was charged under article 275 of the criminal code “high treason” — he said, without specifying which court sanctioned the arrest. In Lefortovsky court of Moscow, which deals with the issues of election of a measure of restraint in cases of treason and espionage, could neither confirm nor deny this information, as the case is labeled “top secret”.
