Putin called a prerequisite for the development of modern cities
MOSCOW, 18 Jul — RIA Novosti. The introduction of technologies of environmental protection, the availability of modern system of waste recycling should be mandatory condition for the development of settlements, said Russian President Vladimir Putin at the Moscow urban forum.
“A modern city for people — is primarily a city environment. It means the city without landfill, clean air, water. Therefore, the necessary condition for the development of settlements should be the introduction of technologies for environmental protection, the modern system of recycling of waste, modernization of industrial facilities and housing and communal services”, — said Putin.
