Arrested in the case of the “Winter cherry”, the former head of the Ministry of Kuzbass tried to destroy evidence
Moscow. July 19. INTERFAX.RU — the Former head of the main Department of EMERCOM in Kemerovo oblast Alexander Mamontov, accused of negligence and embezzlement in the case of the fire in TRTS “the Winter cherry”, tried to prevent the investigation, said in court Thursday the representative of the RCDS.

“Set attempts to hide and destroy information. In particular, the defendant gave orders for the destruction of the accounting database. In addition, the identified compliance false information about the description of fire,” — said the representative of the investigation at the court hearing on the question of the extension of the arrest of mammoth.
He asked the court to extend the arrest of the former head of the Kemerovo MOE until September 25.
In total, the investigation of the case about a fire in shopping centre “Winter cherry” was arrested 11 accused. Among them — the technical Director of the SEC George Sobolev, the management Hope Sedenak, the head of the Kemerovo state construction Tanzilya Komkova, CEO-owner Julia Bogdanov, CEO of “System integrator”, involved in maintenance of fire alarm systems in the Mall, Igor Polozenko and his subordinate, Alexander Nikitin, a security guard Sergei Antoshin, which, as expected, did not include a system of fire alarm.
Also among the defendants in the case, four employees of the Ministry of emergency situations: the former head of GU Ministry of emergency situations in the Kuzbass Mamontov, head of the Department of supervision and preventive work of the regional emergencies Ministry Grigoriy Terentyev, head fire guard Sergey Genin and the head of the fire fighting Andrei Burin.
