HELSINKI, July 16. /TASS/. Moscow and Washington have all the necessary components for cooperation on the Syrian settlement and can take the lead in promoting to resolve the humanitarian crisis in Syria.
This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin at press conference following talks with US President Donald trump.
