Indictments against citizens of the Russian Federation meddling in American elections ahead of the summit between the presidents of Russia and the United States – is an attempt to motivate Donald trump to build the most acute negotiating position that would not lead to positive results. This opinion was expressed by TASS on Saturday, Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on international Affairs Andrei Klimau.
