The explosion at the company “Surgutneftegas” in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous district — Yugra (KHMAO) occurred due to the detonation of the unit for cleaning of tubes without subsequent ignition. This was announced Friday in a press-service of regional management SK the Russian Federation.
“On the morning of 13 July in the SU IC of Russia in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous district, it was reported that around 08:30 (06:30 GMT) on the territory of the industrial base in the city lancore Surgut area was a detonation Assembly for cleaning tubes without subsequent ignition.
