Looks like the Red beach in China (photos)

The word “beach” usually remember about the white sand and clear warm water. Sometimes instead of sand can be stones or pebbles but clearly not a red blanket algae. And thanks to them and the Red beach in Pingzine.

Despite the name, the Red beach is not like a beach in the conventional sense.

This amazing place is located in the reserve Suantai-Hotspring on the Liaohe river approximately 30 kilometres South-West of the village of Panjin in China’s Liaoning province.

Every fall the local beach painted in bright red color thanks to the algae Sueda. From April to may, during the period of their growth, they have the usual green color and only by September, wilt, and become bright red.
