The number of victims of torrential rains in Japan exceeded 100 people, nearly 6 million evacuated

7 July in the Western part of Japan was hit by Typhoon which brought torrential rains. They have provoked flooding and landslides. The Japanese authorities introduced a state of emergency in the prefectures of Hiroshima, Okayama, Tottori, Hyogo and Kyoto.
