Police in the English County of Wiltshire, reported on Wednesday morning about “a serious incident” at the nearby Salisbury and Amesbury, where two people “were under the influence of an unknown substance” and was hospitalized in critical condition.

“Initially, it was assumed that both the patient felt ill after possible consumption of the impure heroin or crack cocaine.
