MOSCOW, July 3. /TASS/. The construction of a future surface ships far sea zone with a lack of funding can delay until 2035. This is stated in the draft development Strategy for shipbuilding industry for the period up to 2035 of the Ministry of industry and trade of the Russian Federation.
