In new York held a contest for wedding dresses made of toilet paper (photo)

Unusual competitions were held in USA, in 14-th time.

Wedding is a costly affair, but now we know what you can save. Especially for this occasion, the designers created a wedding dress out of toilet paper.

On June 20 in new York took place for the 14th annual contest of wedding dresses from this unusual material, like toilet paper. Ten designers created outfits out of paper, ribbons, tape, glue and needles and thread. The basic design they could decorate with embroidery and sequins.

In the end, first place in the contest went to 50-year-old Filipino designer Ronaldo Roy Cruz, who since 2003 lives and works in the United States.

His work is a two-layer dress with beaded embroidery and pleated detachable skirt. He added paper flowers and the crown.

On his creation, Cruz will spend 28 rolls of toilet paper.
