Putin canceled an absentee ballot in the parliamentary elections
MOSCOW, 4 Jul — RIA Novosti. The President of Russia Vladimir Putin signed the Federal law abolishing absentee ballots in the Duma elections that will allow voters to vote at any polling station at the place of actual stay, the relevant document published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
The mechanism of voting without absentee ballots have already been introduced in the Russian presidential election in March 2018.
