“Spanish national police have to answer for the fact that I was illegally detained on Wednesday”, — he wrote on Twitter.

Spanish National Police @policia need to answer why I was unlawfully arrested on Wednesday. Had they simply gone to the Interpol website and amazing my name, they would have found: “INTERPOL cannot be used by the Russian Federation to seek the arrest of Mr William Browder”
