The CIA believes that North Korean leader Kim Jong-UN can offer to open in Pyongyang, the American chain of Burger “as a sign of goodwill”. “Everyone knows that they (North Korean authorities.— “B”) do not intend to pursue the denuclearization,” said one of the interlocutors of the channel.

According to NBC, the CIA report appeared in may, a few days before the US President Donald trump decided to cancel scheduled for 12 June meeting with the DPRK leader. Compiled by the American intelligence document includes a “range of incentives” that the United States and South Korea can offer North Korea for nuclear disarmament, in particular, assistance in infrastructure and agricultural sectors.

The CIA report does not specify what chain of American fast food can “invite” in the DPRK. According to intelligence, Kim Jong-UN believes that “the institution may be used for food supplies during the negotiations (with the US President.— “Kommersant”)”, as well as demonstrate the openness of Pyongyang for foreign investment. In addition, the CIA admits that the leader of the DPRK can accept “other offers on American investment in the DPRK, especially in infrastructure.”

The CIA and the White house refused to comment on the report.
