Alex Malopolski was hospitalized again
Former Director of “Gogol-center” Alexey Malopolski, accused on charges of fraud in “the Seventh Studio”, hospitalized for a doctor in the cardiology center named after Myasnikov, said his lawyer Ksenia Karpinskaya in the Basmanny court of Moscow, which is considering limiting the period of familiarization with the case materials.
In previous times Mr Malopolska was hospitalized on may 10, he was taken to the hospital directly from a court hall. After that, the TFR released him from jail on his own recognizance.
Alex Malopolski and other defendants in the case of Studio seven, including film Director Kirill Serebrennikov accused of theft of 133 million rubles allocated from the budget in 2011-2014 for the project “Platform”.
