“Spider-man” from Mali saved a baby’s life in Paris, becoming a hero in France

An immigrant from Mali became a hero in France after without insurance climbed up on the facade of the house in Paris to save the last effort clinging to the edge of the balcony of the child.

Video of the miraculous rescue instantly spread through social networks.

Less than a minute from Mamudu Gassama went to climb on the fourth floor of the building, pulling from one balcony to another, and seize the four boys from the hands of the men who tried to stop a child from falling, leaning over the balcony fence of the neighboring apartment.

President Emmanuel macron has invited 22-year-old Gassama on Monday to visit the Elysee Palace, to personally thank him on behalf of all the French.

Video of the miraculous rescue was posted on Facebook on Saturday evening, since it’s already been watched by nearly seven million people.

The mayor of Paris Anne Hidalgo also expressed his admiration for the heroism of the Malian and said that he personally thanked the Saviour on the phone.
