In Britain, no book award for the funniest novel was a failure of the jury

The award for the best humorous work decided not to award.

Curiosity ended literary prize Bollinger Everyman Wodehouse Prize in the UK. This year, the jury declined to award the main prize (champagne and pig rare breed). And all because of the fact that none of the novel failed to impress and amuse the critics.

One of the judges David Campbell told reporters that the competition this year had many interesting and witty works, but none of them made the jury laugh.

To maintain the high standards of the award, it was decided to completely abandon the choice of the winner and wait until next year.
