Entered into force new rules of checkup of cars
In Russia today came into force new rules of checkup of cars. The document was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin on April 24.
Now the drivers whose cars do not meet safety standards, will issue a diagnostic card with specific information. Previously, such cards were issued only to owners of serviceable machines.
Accordingly, changed the terms of the punishment of unscrupulous operators inspection. They will be punished for card issuance with a positive verdict, provided that the vehicle does not meet safety requirements.
In addition, the law gives the subjects the right independently to establish a limit on the size of the Board for inspection and to monitor compliance.
