The legal Department of the state Duma supported the concept of the bill on the response to the unfriendly actions of the United States and other countries, adding some comments in terms of clarification of terminology, said in a report on the project published in the database GD.
“The concept of the bill is unobjectionable, however, seen the necessity of correlating certain of its provisions with Federal laws regulating similar relations… On the bill there are some comments in terms of clarifying the terminology,” — said in conclusion.
As noted, a number of terms not used in the legislation of the Russian Federation, their content is not disclosed by the bill: “economic sanctions”, “the rocket-propulsion industry,” “impairing the territorial integrity, security of the Russian Federation”, “economic destabilization”, “an analogue of a drug or medicinal drug”.
The document also notes that comments of a technical and linguistic nature, as well as other legal observations submitted to the state Duma Committee on economic policy, industry, innovative development and entrepreneurship.
Earlier, leaders of the factions and Chairman of the state Duma Vyacheslav Volodin has made in the lower house of Parliament about the answer to sanctions of the USA and other countries. The document gives the government the right by decision of the President to enter 16 different responses, including to prohibit or restrict the import of agricultural, alcohol and tobacco products, drugs from certain countries prohibit or restrict the export from Russia of rare earth metals, to suspend cooperation on the nuclear, aircraft, and rocket engines.
